Social Media - Visual Design, Campaign Visual Language

2023-2025

Brief + Intent

To create engaging social media posts for ground-reported stories and calendar days, highlighting ecological restoration, local governance, and the Commons.

FES’ visual language is earthy (muted colours), scientifically accurate with a focus on community.
Presented here are a few selected posts that I’m proud of, aligned with FES’s mission and vision.

In Odisha, an intervention called TEK was initiated to reconnect children and youth with their cultural and ecological roots. As part of this, community elders conduct 'wisdom walks' and share their knowledge about forest commons. I created illustrations to depict these walks, and the post is linked here.

Design Approach - Cover Slides
At FES, cover slides are intentionally made more graphic and less text-heavy, as Meta favours such posts. This approach was adopted across social media designs. Below are a few examples of carousel cover slides.
